Small grants up to £500 - NOW CLOSED

Part of the Hinckley & Bosworth VCS Partnership, the Community Volunteering Fund offers community grants of up to £500 to support grassroots volunteering and community activity across the Hinckley & Bosworth Borough.

Funded by Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and administered by the RCC, it offers a quick and easy way to apply for a small grant for your community.

 

Although a wide range of community projects are eligible, priorities for funding are:

  • Supporting Rural Communities: We aim to tackle rural isolation and/or Digital Poverty by encouraging applications for projects that bridge the gap, such as community transport schemes, Digital initiatives or initiatives encouraging social interaction within rural areas.

 

  • Empowering Young People: Especially welcome applications for engaging activities or projects that connect positively with young people across all communities.

 

  • Addressing Climate Change; We encourage applications for projects that support initiatives tackling climate change.

This grant is now closed for 2025-26. Sorry for any disappointment.
