The RCC has partnered with Harborough District Council to deliver Helping Improve Rural Employability (HIRE). HIRE has been created to offer employability support to those who are long term unemployed. HIRE is available to those living in any area of the Harborough District in Leicestershire.

Individuals are encouraged to take their first steps toward employment such as job search, training or volunteering. They are provided with free regular one to one mentoring and can be supported with job applications and creating their CV.
