Reducing loneliness during COVID-19

The significant social distancing and self-isolation measures put in place for all of us are vital to protect the NHS and save lives. The impact of these measures puts all of us at higher risk of feeling lonely as we are distanced from our normal social networks. The services and resources we have collated below should help you to support yourself or anyone you know that is feeling lonely or isolated.

We're updating the information on this page as frequently as possible however things are changing rapidly as the situation continues to develop and availability of the services, information and resources may change.
