Oakham Library

Wednesdays (starting 6th May) - 10:30am - 1:30pm

Our Oakham Mental Health Café runs every Wednesday as a drop in for anyone to come and talk to us about their mental health – no appointment needed. We have supportive, trained staff who will listen and provide the information and support you need in times of crisis.

Who you will meet

Our friendly team of staff and volunteers are not medical professionals, however they have been mental health first aid trained and have the time to listen and support you. They all have great knowledge about mental health and wellbeing services around the area, and can help you to access these as needed.

Free hot drinks and biscuits are available too.
