The Rural Community Council has self contained office space available for rent at competitive rates in our annex building that would be ideal for voluntary sector organisations.

Although the annex is presently available as a single unit it can easily be divided into three smaller units. The property was completely refurbished in 2006.

The three units would be of approximately:

• First floor - 46 square metres
• Ground Floor - 18 square metres and 22 square metres

Each unit would have one car park space.

The offices have the benefit of gas central heating.
