Suite of three offices available for rent in Community House

This suite of offices provides some 395 sq ft of space located on the first floor of Community House, which is in a quiet location convenient for the city centre and access to major roads.

Services available:

• Unrestricted access to Community House and designated office space and facilities
• Use of meeting room for internal meetings or if used for training / external events on an agreed fee basis
• Office furniture consisting of 5 desks currently in situ, chairs and several filing cabinets and draws
• Use of rear garden
• Use of kitchen
• Car parking by agreement
• Cleaning carried out three days in a working week
• Electricity and heating
• Use of photocopier, costed on usage
• Franking of mail, costed on usage

Tenure will be by a flexible lease.
