RCC Community Funding Guide
In addition to hints and tips on applying for funding, you can find details of over 150 funders that may enable you to carry out your projects.
The intention of this guide is not to provide a comprehensive compendium of funding but a beginner's guide to a selection of funds for community projects and initiatives. Separate funding fact sheets and lists are available for specific rural funding (e.g. playgrounds, village halls).
The Heritage Funding Directory
The Heritage Funding Directory is a comprehensive guide to sources of financial support for anyone seeking to undertake creative projects connected with the UK’s heritage. As well as detailing sources of grants, the Directory also lists bodies offering loans, awards, scholarships, training, funding advice, education, interpretation and publication, and other “in kind” resources.
Categories of heritage include the countryside, historic landscapes, parks, gardens, churchyards and cemeteries; industrial, transport and maritime heritage; archives, collections, spoken history; historic churches and other buildings; museums and gallery collections; land and maritime archaeology; environmental; heritage skills and conservation.
