Diary of Village Events and Guided Walks
The Diary is published annually and distributed to museums and tourist attractions around Leicestershire and Rutland
If you are interested in submitting events/walks for inclusion in the diary and use the internet please enter full details (including a local contact name and phone number) online at: http://www.ruralcc.org.uk/ifyouwouldliketoadvertsieyourvil.html alternatively data can be submitted on written forms which can be obtained by calling 0116 2662905 emailing dcook@ruralcc.org.uk or downloading and returning the appropriate form below.
Events that may be included could be a local drama group production, farmers market, church / village fete, open gardens, Christmas market, guided walk or cycling event. Events should be taking place in Leicestershire & Rutland during 2011 or early 2012. Many of the events help to raise funds for community projects and by publicising these it helps to attract more people to them
To ensure entry in the printed booklet please return your form or enter details online no later than Monday February 14th 2011. Any events received after this date will be placed on our website but will not be able to be included in the printed version
