All enquiries must be made direct to the hall. The RCC cannot arrange bookings or deal with queries relating to the hiring of the hall. Where contact details are not available, the RCC will not be in possession of this information.
It is the responsibility of the hall to inform the RCC of any changes to the displayed details. As such the RCC cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions.
